What happens to what you write

We keep your name, your email address and your message, so that a person can read it and reply. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

A member of our team reads every message. An AI assistant drafts a suggested reply first, which means your message is processed by our model provider, OpenAI. Nothing is sent to you until a person has read and approved it.

We keep correspondence for 24 months after the last message, then delete it automatically.

Write to us at any time to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.

Programme data is compiled from public sources and reviewed by hand. We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia.
